Reporting an error
This is the most useful thing you can send. If a figure, a date or a rule on this site is wrong, say which page, what it says, and what it should say. A link to the official source makes it much faster to fix.
Errors that change the meaning of a page are corrected and noted on the page itself, as set out in the editorial policy.
A bug in the calculator
Tell me what you entered and what number came out. If you used Copy link first, sending that link gives me exactly what you were looking at, which usually makes the problem obvious in a minute.
What this site cannot help with
Your CAO application. Access, passwords, fees, course codes and anything about your own application are handled by the CAO at cao.ie. This site has no access to any application and cannot look anything up for you.
Advice on what to study. Your guidance counsellor knows you and your results. This site does not.
Whether you will get a course. Nobody knows next year's points, for the reasons set out in will points drop.
